About Us
All people are welcome at Covenant.
Connect
Covenant is an extraordinary church, unlike any other in the city. We don’t just talk about diversity, we live it and embrace it. We enjoy a multi-generational learning experience each time we meet; we enrich each other’s lives.
Enjoying exciting music and invigorated Bible study, we are social activists, focused on our community. The members of the congregation are vibrant and welcoming. You are welcome. It is our goal for every visitor to be warmly welcomed into our church. We hope you will visit us on Sunday mornings!
Our members are advocates.
The members of Covenant Presbyterian Church are advocates. They advocate for peace in our homes, in our church, our community and our world. They are active participants in Swope Corridor Renaissance and Concerned Clergy. They serve in leadership positions in their neighborhoods and on community activist organizations.
We advocate for equality for all people regardless of race, social economic condition, disability, sexual preference or gender. We believe we are all God's people and that we are all responsible for the fair and equitable treatment of each other. All people are welcome at Covenant.
As a congregation we actively support the CROP Walk and Swope Corridor/Upper Room Summer Academic Program. We register voters in our office and actively correspond with elected officials on social justice issues.
