Urgent Need Payment/Request Form
We must have a copy of your bill/letter in paper or electronic form..send to finance@covenantpreskc.com
$50 is the maximum limit on assistance once per year
Make sure you fill out each part of the form or it will be rejected
Requests can be made for Utilities, Rent and Medicine
Request can take up to 7 days to process
Payment will be made directly to the payee
You must have an email to receive notice that your request has been completed
