Chronic Pain Self-Management - Helps people with chronic pain develop skills and coping strategies to manage their symptoms.
Chronic Disease Self-Management - Facilitates conversation for people with chronic disesase to develope tools and strategies to better manage symptoms.
Cooking and Nutrition Course - Offers information about nutrition, cooking, physical activity, food safety, and making the most of your food dollars.
Diabetes Class - Adults and seniors can take charge of their life by learning how to control and live better with diabetes.
Eating from the Garden - Provides nutrition and gardening activities to increase consumption, expand knowledge, and promote healthier choices and physical activity.
Fit Four U - Low impact aerobics taught by a Silver Sneakers Certified Instructor.
Medina Clinic - An Assistant Physician will offer a variety of non-emergency, primary care services.
Stay Strong Stay Healthy - A hour long exercise program held twice a week with a trained instructor to lead you through muscle-strengthening exercises.
Tai Chi for Women and Seniors - A noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching.
Tele-Dental Services - Introducing the latest technology in access to dental care. Meet "The Dentist is In". Talk with a virtual dentist, get help with your dental emergencies, get answers to your questions and care when you need it. FREE fluoride application on-site.
Walking Club - Our Walking Club promotes a healthy habit and safety in this community. We are committed to walk with all levels of walkers. Blood pressures are decreasing within the first 2 weeks. We walk indoors during inclement weather.
